Job Description
- Develops, and implements an integrated range of marketing concepts and methodologies; plans and develops marketing strategies consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business.
- Directs, oversees, monitors, and evaluates the activities of all Product Specialists.
- Provides market research and analysis; prepares research-based reports and sales forecasts in coordination with the Business Manager.
- Develops and manages marketing operating budget, and regularly monitors performance to budget parameters.
- Assumes responsibility for all publicity, advertising, direct mail, catalogs, exhibits, awards, communications, marketing activities, and website management for all products being handled.
- Performs direct customer sales in key areas; promotes and maintains customer relations with major accounts nation-wide.
- Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
- Represents the company at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promotes new and existing programs and initiatives.
- Conducts product trainings to all Sales & Marketing staff as the need arises.
- Develops and sustains overall Customer Relations Management program and initiatives
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree preferably of Marketing and Communications or any related field
- Must have at least 5 years experience in the field of Marketing and sales gained from Medical supplies industry a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidates must be willing to work in Sta. Cruz Manila
