Job Description

What's the general objective of the role?

  • Art and Decor procurement, shipping, receiving management, and issue resolution

What are some of the responsibilities?

  • Procurement, vendor and shipping coordination, quotations, and delivery management
  • Generate and process purchase orders to vendors
  • Process, review, and upload vendor acknowledgements
  • Update project status reports and monitor discrepancies
  • Notify project team on shipping notices
  • Schedule product delivery

Minimum Qualifications

What are the ideal requirements?

  • At least a year of relevant experience in project management/coordination and data management
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to accurately manage multiple projects
  • Exceptional English conversational and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and self-directedness

  • Relevant work experience in procurement and vendor coordination
  • Experience in project management
  • Good communication skills (experience in US client communication is a big plus)
