Job Description
What's the general objective of the role?
Responsible for managing claims reporting, updating client templates, identifying and reporting possible discrepancies to the client.
What are some of the responsibilities?
- Analyzing and comparing data required for tracking and monitoring of statistical claims information for the client
- Generating periodic reports and formatting the output based on client specifications
- Providing forecasts on expected losses, analyzing potential outsanding liabilities, and delivering loss stratification
Minimum Qualifications
What are the ideal requirements?
- At least 1 year of experience in numerical data management (BPO experience, especially in US Healthcare is a BIG PLUS)
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- High accuracy and orientation to quality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
