Job Description
Responsible for the accurate preparation of information and journals necessary to produce the financial statements in accordance with established procedures. Also performs other accounting functions such as payment of statutory obligations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in General Accounting / Bookkeeping
- Working knowledge and experience in the following:
- ( BIR) tax filings, regulations and other government requirements (SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig)
- Bank Reconciliation
- Payroll
- Financial Statements preparation
- Proficient in commonly used programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and ability to use accounting software (SAP).
- Typing speed (minimum 50 WPM)
- Good communication skills ( oral and written)
- Ability to respect deadlines, to multitask and to deal with heavy workloads
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team
