Job Description

Primarily responsible for providing supervision and support in the overall marketing activities, focusing on project management, digital and social media, e-commerce and events management in accordance with the marketing plans and objective.

  • Provides support on all marketing projects in close coordination with the Marketing Manager;
  • Prepares the marketing materials for the publication/presentation of all projects to maximize brand promotion;
  • Plans and develops new innovative ways to improve marketing projects with the approval of the Marketing Manager;
  • Executes marketing projects and evaluates the effectiveness of all marketing projects;
  • Contributes in the implementation of marketing project plans and strategies;
  • Attends all marketing meetings along with the Marketing Manager, as required
  • Coordinates sales and marketing tie-ups to maintain good relationship with marketing project-partners
  • Delivers marketing projects within the agreed schedule;
  • Oversees the implementation of all on-line marketing strategies;
  • Seeks the approval of Marketing Manager in all advertisement for social media postings;
  • Initiates digital marketing campaigns to improve brand promotion strategies;
  • Recommends and executes on-line advertising and promotional campaigns on a variety of media (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, etc.);
  • Writes promotional articles for Google ads to support on-line marketing strategies, as required
  • Provides customer service support on all social media and on-line transactions and concerns;
  • Creates digital and social media calendar and ensures timeliness of its execution;
  • Executes transactions for all e-commerce plans and strategies and processes all e-commerce engagements as required;
  • Monitors the effectiveness of marketing promotions for e-commerce;
  • Recommends strategies to make online transactions reliable and useful;
  • Supervises all marketing engagements, views, and promo results;
  • Monitors marketing department’s email and accommodates/ answers concerns and inquiries, if any;
  • Organizes and attends marketing events and activities to raise brand awareness;
  • Plans marketing events and provides evaluation of its success and effectiveness;
  • Coordinates event engagements to marketing partners to develop marketing relationship management;
  • Updates social media accounts for marketing event-related announcements;
  • Oversees and ensures that all marketing materials for the event are prepared and organized
  • Supervises marketing event’s registration, Ingress and Egress
  • Ensures that the event flow is followed at all times
  • Completes all liquidation, request form, payment request forms etc. for all marketing events and projects
  • Creates and updates marketing reports for planning, execution and evaluation of marketing projects and events
  • Monitors and updates marketing files and other reports needed
  • Ensures timely and reliable delivery of expected marketing documentations
  • Complies and submits all required documents/ reports
  • Complies with all pertinent Policies
  • Supports the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
  • Performs other functions as may be directed by the Marketing Manager.
  • Creates a culture where team work and interdependence is nurtured by facilitating collaboration across organizations;
  • Undertakes constructive and continuing dialogue on delivering results consistent with expectations, targets and quality standards;
  • Ensures effective implementation of results-based planning and monitoring systems and tools, in collaboration with the OSM;
  • Uses client feedback and benchmarks best practices to continuously improve service delivery; and
  • Provides opportunities and outlets for employees to share new insights and experiences with others across levels and functions.
  • Adjusts style/stance from directing to empowering, based on the capabilities and motivation of the employee, providing examples of behavior consistent with goal achievement;
  • Tailor-fits the coaching and performance management process/ practice to the unique needs of subordinates;
  • Encourages subordinates and provides them adequate support and resources for them to become coaches; and
  • Undertakes developmental activities to enhance one’s competencies as a coach and performance development partner.
  • Constructs strategies, plans, and programs to anticipate and address changing priorities, emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities;
  • Elicits support and contributions of work team and other key stakeholders to successfully implement change initiatives;
  • Identifies sources of conflict in situations involving a change process and acts sensitively, objectively and constructively to de-escalate conflict; and
  • Provides appropriate resources to support and implement change initiatives within the Office; and
  • Communicates the vision with clarity, enthusiasm and conviction to promote sustained and successful implementation of change.
  • Plans, crafts, and adapts strategies for achieving the vision, mission, and objectives of the organization and secures the proper implementation of these strategies;
  • Explains the linkages and interactions among various functional areas, systems and processes of the organization, including the interface with clients, partners, and other stakeholders;
  • Evaluates changes in the operating environment and applies knowledge when exercising and recommending sound judgement in identifying range of solutions/ courses of action (i.e. adjusts plans and programs, tailors approaches and/or explores innovative alternatives); and
  • Speaks up to clarify decisions and points out potential negative impacts or repercussions.
  • Maintains positive and productive working relationships with the team, partners, or clients, despite differences in ideas or their attributes, or complexities to encourage sharing of expertise and bring about synergies, goodwill and mutual benefit;
  • Resolves conflicts, disagreements, and differing interests among team members, partners or clients in a constructive manner (e.g. win-win approach; use of appropriate conflict resolution processes; identification of common ground through dialogue and consensus; shared solutions perspective);
  • Identifies barriers to transparency and open communication and initiates appropriate solutions; and
  • Speaks up to clarify decisions and points out potential negative impacts or repercussions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or its equivalent
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
