Job Description
Primarily responsible in providing overall assistance in the Sales and Distribution Department though sales coordination and monitoring.
A. SALES COORDINATION
- Coordinates with the sales team (Distributor Supervisor, E-commerce Supervisor and Modern-trade Supervisor) to identify sales progress
- Communicates relevant sales information to the Sales Manager / Operations Manager as required
- Processes Purchase Order/ PO to Accounting Department and Warehouse
- Assists in the overall sales activities
- Coordinates the adequacy of sales-related product or material by coordinating with Warehouse Personnel/ Supply Chain Management Officer
- Processes Petty Cash Request of the Sales Department
B. SALES MONITORING
- Monitors “Sell Out” to all trades : Distribution, E-commerce, Modern-Trade
- Creates and implements sales monitoring database/ template to monitor sales’ performance with the approval of Sales Manager
- Updates Sales Report for all existing Merchant
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness in sales monitoring report generation
- Checks the liquidation of revolving fund to determine if there are discrepancies
- Monitors and updates sales expenses report
- Updates Sales Inventory for all existing Merchant, as required by the Sales Head.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, or its equivalent
- At least two to three (2-3) year of relevant administrative support experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
