Job Description
- Over-all account management, which spans from loan acquisition, loan account management, remedial/collection management.
- Markets and evaluates credit worthiness of borrowers/customers.
- To maintain quality of accounts/ borrowers through continues assessment and evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Economics/Finance/Accountancy/Baking or equivalent.
- At least 3years of working experience in the related fields required for this position.
- Must have 3-4 Years’ experience specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Candidate must have experience in spreading financial statement and financial ratios.
- Should be a strategic and is capable of think-out-of-the-box.
- Capable to solve amicably customer's/client's concerns.
- Should be persuasive, goal oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical.
- Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
