Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides support to the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating efforts relevant to the pre-employment process. Primary responsibilities include coordinating interviews, pre-employment screening services, pre-employment paperwork, sourcing/screening of internal and external candidates and interviewing candidates.

  • Reviews staffing requests and develops appropriate sourcing and staffing strategies that meet the client’s objectives.
  • Reviews/Screen resumes and job applications in order to determine if work history, education, training, knowledge, experience, job skills, abilities, and salary expectations meet the job requirements.
  • Pre-screens and forwards qualified applicants to the hiring manager and/or selection panels
  • ​Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Provides consultative services for hiring managers and other HR professionals in the areas recruiting, screening and talent acquisition

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): recruitment and placement, sourcing.
  • With end to end recruitment experience
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
