Job Description
- Facilitate accounting tasks such as but not limited to bookkeeping, billing, payroll, petty cash, payment processing, procurement, etc.
- Prepares accounting-related documents such as cash flow statements, financial statements, etc. in compliance with generally-accepted accounting principles and government agency regulations.
- Liaise and coordinate with the company's accounting, audit and law firms
- Secure necessary documents, licenses, renewals of business permits, business licenses, etc.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for the timely billing and collection of clients.
- Facilitate other accounting and other admin-related tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Accounting/ Finance related courses
- With at least 1-2 years experience as accounting staff
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Exposure on online marketing/ advertising, SEO business is an advantage
- Can start immediately
