Job Description
- Handles inquiries through email, over the phone or face to face by providing prospective clients adequate information of our different products (corporate giveaways) and service
- Serves as a brand ambassador epitomizing the expertise of the company in providing top-notch service, expertise in printing and extensive knowledge in corporate gifts.
- Works in close liaison with the creative department for the design execution of the client’s requirements.
- Coordinates with the operation department for the successful execution and delivery of the final order of the client.
- Reports and coordinates with Sales Head in carrying out minor administrative task and monitoring sales target.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one (1) year working experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, any field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must possess “people skills” in dealing with clients, coordinators, designers and colleagues
- Confidence, tact and persuasiveness manner
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Can multi-task.
