Job Description
- Coordinating with the Production Supervisor regarding on-going projects.
- Petty Cash Handling.
- Responsible in Preparing Monthly Petty Cash Summary.
- Handling calls then forwarding inquiries to Account Executive.
- Handles phone inquiries regarding the company, products and services.
- Preparation of Quotation for clients.
- Entertaining walk in clients on their corporate gifts requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one (1) year working experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, any field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must possess “people skills” in dealing with clients, coordinators, designers and colleagues
- Confidence, tact and persuasiveness manner
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Can multi-task.
