Job Description
- Implements new solutions/Products on production lines of our industrial clients.
- Troubleshooting at customers
- Performs baking tests in the lab before the implementation in the industrial line in collaboration with the R&D team.
- Create the network/relation with equipment manufacturers.
- Constantly looks for new business opportunities in the industrial market
- Train colleagues, customers, and salesmen in Puratos product & process knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-6 experience in the bakery industry, preferably a degree in Food Technology or related fields.
- Expert in industrial processing; equipment, operating procedures & settings
- Expert in understanding ingredients that have special functions in the baking and cooking process.
- Understand the functionality of ingredients/additives.
- Be able with the time to formulate improver/mix o base in patisserie
- Experience of test baker or demonstrator or production supervisor in a baker
