Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures presence during appointments and meetings, initiated or otherwise, by the President to record and take minutes of the meeting; produces reports subsequently and/or coordinates and warrants output from concerned parties
- Renders critical administrative assistance on issues and concerns addressed to the President and provides sound, logical, and accurate recommendations
- Screens, reviews and validates incoming memoranda, correspondences, reports and documents endorsed by the Executive Secretary
- Prepares reports, memoranda, and business correspondences from the Office of the President
- Plans, coordinates, and ensures that the President & CEO's schedule is observed
- Communicates and coordinates with Executive Assistants, Department Heads and Executives on behalf of the President
- Coordinates with the CCO, Corplan, and other departments with regard to the President’s spiels, speeches, reports and other formal statements
- Performs other related functions as directed by superior
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business course
- Preferably with at least 3 years related working experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive and solutions focused
- With working experience handling negotiations, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Advanced level of written and oral communication skills
