Job Description
The Sales Admin Manager shall be responsible for the supervision and monitoring of all activities of the staff under the Sales Admin Department.
- Responsible for effective and timely execution of all the duties under the department
- Oversee all documentation, quality checking, file setting up, and requirements completion for all clients
- Safeguard all client documents that are in custody of the Sales Admin Department
- Establish strong relationships with clients. Handle complaints, provide readily available solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Serve as a point of contact for coordination with the Sales & Marketing Department
- Act as immediate consultant of all the departments for handling and responding to client inquiries and concerns
- Represent the department on all coordination and management meetings
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4 year Business Course
- With at least 5 years relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
