- Performs general maintenance information system management.
- Sees to it that the computer system of the company is in full operation and well-functioning in whatever purpose it may serve the organization.
- Encodes documents whether incoming or outgoing.
- Transfers goods from various departments.
- Verifies entries for accuracy.
- Monitors return of documents related to stock movement (invoices, samples, transfers, et al.).
- Manages printing/photocopying of company documents and documentation of events and actions through photos.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any computer course, preferably Information Technology.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can relate well to all levels in the organization.
- Highly persuasive and results-oriented.
- Has a keen eye for details.
