- Oversee the whole warehouse operations including receiving of stocks.
- Quantity/quality and based on specification.
- Develop scheduling of stocking procedure based on priority, movement, and layout.
- Ensure recording of inventory, receiving, and updating of stocks (physical count and recorded count).
- Maintain and monitor the stock level in the warehouse to avoid overstocking and aging of stocks.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse the whole time.
- Ensure smooth operation and prepare schedule for repair of warehouse vehicles.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Preferably has warehouse and logistic work experience.
- With keen knowledge in maintaining an accounting of all inventory items and provide regular reporting of available stocks.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must have good record-keeping skills.
- Attention to details.
- Organized, motivated, analytical, and computer literate.
