Technical Architect  

Technical Architect focuses on blueprinting out the feasible, sustainable and scalable architecture (within middleware) to ensure deployment of business roadmap and strategic plans in a fast and reliable manner. The architecture created needs to be maximized for the dynamic needs of a digital environment and digital channels. Familiarity with IT architectural environment is essential.

The architect will perform system and technology architecture development and collaborate with technology partners to design the ideal integration points from middleware to on-premise systems.

1. Support business stakeholders and technical teams by building the architecture blueprint.
2. Responsible for roadmap that delivers capabilities that are scaleable, repeatable, future-proof and cost effective.
3. Responsible for future platform enhancements, new capability introduction and their strategic development.
4. Is knowledgeable and collaborates with back end applications team to ensure right deployment of digital P&S.
5. Define systems or technology requirements to support the customer experience needs and ensure communication of said requirements to IT, vendors and partners.
6. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
7. Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.

• Coming from Computer Science, Software Engineering background
