Job Description

  • Provide quality rich solutions, insights and tactical decision management to help business grow revenue and subscribers
  • Drive higher long-term subscriber value by leveraging consumer habits, interactions and relationships
  • Develop Customer behavior, Customer Profile, and Customer Segmentation
  • Enable analytical solutions and geo-insights for marketing, sales and network improvement purposes
  • Develop metrics and prototypes that can be used to drive business decisions. Identify emergent trends and opportunities for future growth and monetization
  • Provide thought leadership and spearhead big data analytics wave at XL with agile deliveries and dependable execution on diverse project

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree (S1)in IT, Mathematics, Comp. Science, Statistics or Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics Function
  • Advanced SQL (Teradata or Oracle), Python, Hive/ Impala
  • Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  • Spark, No SQL, R, Scala, Geo-coding (JSON)
  • Supervised/ unsupervised learning, fundamentals of Data warehouse, Hadoop, BI and data visualization
  • Predictive modeling, expertise of Tableau or Micro-strategy software, Exposure to Data Wrangling and mashups
  • Proficiency in visual representation of data and insights
  • Strong analytical thinking & Strong business acumen
  • Result & solution oriented
  • Passionate about data discovery and translating insights to decisions and actions
  • Good teamwork & collaboration
  • Good communication skill/ Story telling skills
  • Positive attitude, out of the box thinker and willing to learn in a fast pace environment
