Job Description
- Develop and propose forecasts and track actuals for the following – outflow (volume and value), retention spend, retention efficiency and loyalty spend
- All inbound retention (meaning retention and portability) activity across all channels and access products and any proactive activity to achieve these targets.
- Strategic and channel direction for loyalty scheme and retention initiatives based on deep customer understanding
- Determining customer level investment framework that allocates the retention budget
- Determine mix of activity and resource allocation required to achieve targets e.g. proactive v reactive vs handset vs non handset
- Business owner of loyalty, platform and retention optimiser capabilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree (S1), preferably graduated from Computer Science/ Business Management/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Information System/Economics
- Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in Data Analytics/Commercial/Business Strategy
- Experience in Telecom, Banking or Insurance in commercial analytics
