Job Description
We are opening an opportunity to grow with us together as HR Generalist Manager. As HR Generalist Manager, you will responsible for all personnel administration process cycle, industrial relation, general affair, etc. This position will give you an chance to express your idea to the fullest.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
- English literate is a must.
- Having good knowledge of industrial relations and personnel administration cycle.
- Having experience in related area min. 8 years.
- Proficient with labour law.
- Having HR consultant background will be highly advantages.
- Able to work under-pressure and detail oriented.
- Willing to be placed in Pesanggrahan, West Jakarta.
