Job Description
Business Operations Officer
We are Looking for A Young, Talented, Ambitious individual to work with our Sales Team as Business Operations Officer who is responsible for 5 main areas in Sales :
Data Management
- Mantain Prospectus / Client Database
- Update Client Database
Contract Proposals
- Drafting Proposals/Quotation/Purchase Request in Sales Cycle
- Liase with Finance to be Involved in Client Settlement
Sales Operations
- Maintain the Sales Calendar / Schedule
- Update sales pitch deck
Sales Performance Analyst
- Creating Weekly , Monthly, Quarterly Report
Sales Forecasting
- Able to do Forecasting in Sales to achieve monthly Target
Minimum Qualifications
To succeed with the role, you need to :
- Come from Financial Industry Background
- Experienced on working with Sales Team
- Advance in Using Excel
- Team Player Personality
