Job Description
- Design and conduct the implementation of HSE (Health Safety Environment) policies
- Monitor all HSE procedures and recommend strategies to avoid all accidents and implement all health and safety hazards for all sites/office locations in HO as well as in branches
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of building construction laws, regulations, and standards to prevent the project design mistakes
- Provide support to the execution of all operation emergency response plans and manage all emergency situations and design solutions to all issues and design required business tools and execute all HSE procedures and policies.
- Plan and develop P2K3 (Trustees Committee for Occupational Safety and Health)
- Provide Job Safety Analysis and UPL-UKL reports in a timely manner
- Provide HSE reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health
- Experience minimal 4 years in HSE field at Warehouse or Building
- Have the ability to create a Job Safety Analysis, P2K3 (Trustees Committee for Occupational Safety and Health), and HSE reports
- Certified in K3 General
- Have knowledge of tenancy policies
- Have knowledge of UKL (Environmental Management Efforts) and UPL (Environmental Monitoring Efforts)
- Have knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
- Willing to be mobile (Tomang - Bandara Mas)
