Job Description
- Managing and responsible for the sales team in achieving sales target
- Analyze potential market and revenue by comprehending customer’s business process
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with customers by providing a solution for customer’s needs
- Plan and create a strategy for developing e-commerce customers
- Provide reports related to the team’s achievement
- Provide excellent service for customer’s requests based on regulations and working instruction
- Motivate and develop the sales team
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Having 4 years of working experience in Sales or Business Development
- Having experience in the Logistic industry is an advantage
- Having experience in managing a team
- Strong analytical, and leadership skills and a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate in English (both spoken and written)
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
