Job Description
- Collaborates with the HRIS team for integrations, upgrades, modifications, enhancements, etc., and participating in issue tracking and resolution for all HR
- Monitor and collaborate with vendor related to the development progress
- Ensures quality, timeliness, and proper use of HR information retrieved from systems and developing enhancements for HRIS systems and HRIS Mobile Application
- Researches new techniques in the development of systems and maintains knowledge of current trends and strategies in technology fields relating to HRIS
- Ensuring the security of HR and Payroll information through an established security protocol
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Information System, Computer Engineer
- Proven experience as a Programmer or relevant role (involved in developing HRIS is a plus)
- Understanding of the HRIS system is required
- Excellent in Ms. Office tools (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Project)
- Ability to program in language such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Codeigniter (CI), XML, C#, .NET, Asp
- Proven experience in creating and developing mobile applications (Android or iOS)
- Strong customer orientation, sense of urgency in getting things done, and ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects
- Good analytical thinking
- Able to analyze, translate, and visualization the requirements into coding
- Ability to write well-documented, clean code
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
