Job Description
- Merancang dan menguji peralatan dan proses otomatisasi.
- Menginterpretasi kebutuhan manufaktur dengan konsep mekanis dan elektrik ke dalam bentuk program otomatisasi dan rancangan bangun mesin.
- Membuat program dan rancangan otomatisasi proses operasional mesin serta melakukan kontrol dan troubleshooting saat terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara program dan kinerja otomatisasi mekanis dan elektrik.
- Mengkoordinir semua sumber daya yang dibutuhkan baik operator, alat maupun sparepart untuk melaksanakan project yang efektif dan efisien
- Mengidentifikasi masalah kualitas dan menulis laporan.
- Menghilangkan cacat dan kesalahan dengan pengembangan produk dan perangkat lunak.
- Berkoordinasi dengan team maintenance dan elektrik untuk menjalankan tindakan preventive maintenance serta mendata kebutuhan sparepart mesin maupun elektrik yang dibutuhkan.
- Berkolaborasi dengan unit bisnis lain.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Pendidikan D3 Jurusan Teknik Otomasi Industri/Teknik Mesin/Teknik Elektro.
- Min. 3 tahun pengalaman kerja di posisi yang sama.
- Menguasai PLC, perancangan otomatisasi mesin dan teknis servis.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di area Bandara Soekarno-Hatta, Tangerang.
