Job Description
- Build a Premium Membership Program that distinctly sets apart the experience of members by tier
- Align and Integrate existing membership or community programs to avoid confusion and duplication and to leverage perks for the umbrella membership program
- Develop, track, and analyze strategies for perks and upgrade and ensure that membership offer and Tiering influences desired behavior.
- Ideate, Execute and Optimize the Premium Membership Program roadmap.
- Monitor competitive landscape/positioning and market trends/threats
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- English is a must
