Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing daily and monthly reconciliations, along with research and follow through of unreconciled items, for assigned accounts
- Analyzing and recording all appropriate debit and credit adjustments
- Support the Finance Manager with information regarding all relevant financial and operating issues
- Adhere to established procedures for compliance and efficiency in an effort to reduce outstanding items and bank service charges
- Prepare accurate, timely and complete journal information for the recording of reconciling entries to the appropriate accounts
- Responsible for the identification, accounting and reporting of information related to the reconciliations performed.
- Devote proper attention to informing the Field of discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Undertakes other related tasks and duties as assigned by Treasury Lead
Minimum Qualifications
What Skills We’re Looking For
- Held Accounting bachelor degree
- Having 1 to 2 years direct working experience in a multiple bank account or fintech with fast paced environment is highly desired
- Demonstrated an understanding of bank statement activity (e.g.deposits, checks, charges, in-transit items)
- Navigation through ERP software, specifically SAP, togather/observe ledger information
- Ability to seek out relevant information from others (i.e. co-workers,other employees in the Field, banks, etc.)
- Must have strong knowledge of Excel
- Maintain a strong focus on details
- Knowledge of general accounting (debits vs. credits) and ability to verify correctness and completeness of information
- Able to work independently and also be part of the team
