What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive any issues whether it’s from internal or external team.
- Solve any issue whether based on maintenance or based on complains
- Knows to who or where should the issues be escalated.
- Monitors and make sure the issue solve, and report it to the stake holders.
- Make incident report based on issues.
- Make sure to achieve ( SLA transaction max H+1) by following the SOP.
