As a Paralegal you are responsible for all legal agreements including contracts and MOU's between staff, talents, clients, and partners. You will also assist in managing job contracts to freelancers and KOL's (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers). It is important that you are discrete and professional.
PT. Nizertek Lintas Bumi is an esports event organizer and consultant. Therefore, contracts will mostly be event organizing agreements with clients and partners. Other forms of agreements will also include sponsorship deals, influencer deals, and vendor agreements. You will need to be comfortable with all these legal agreements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Adequate knowledge in law regarding contracts, MOU's, and formal agreements
- Fluent in English and Bahasa as well as law terms in each language.
- Must be able to be discrete and professional
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
