Product Manager  

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Job Description:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Leading Product Owners and coordinating with engineering, marketing, and other teams
• Translate business strategy into product strategy
• Own the product roadmap and execute product strategy
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
• Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case
• Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
• Support the Product Owner with any questions they may have
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

• Minimum BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (overseas graduate is preferable)
• At least 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years of Product Management or Associate Product Manager experience
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role, proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Analytical and data-informed. SQL skills are essential to succeed in this role
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• You know how to work with agile product development teams and have strong problem-solving skills
• You’re a fast learner and are comfortable teaching yourself new skills to adapt and thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Indonesian)
