Job Description
- Plans and supervises both drivers & units preparation process, in accordance with the target that's determined by the company
- Monitors and coordinates with related parties if there's any abnormality with drivers, units, or customers
- Guides and ensures the drivers' development so that they can give the best service to customers
- Prepares an end-to-end driver recruitment process and reports routinely to the Division Head
- Plans, executes, and supervises training for all drivers in accordance with their needs
- Develops the driver coordinator's skills, behavior, and knowledge through coaching & counselling
- Routinely evaluates and enhances compensation & benefit scheme for the drivers
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major with min. GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 3 years of experiences as a team leader or supervisor in related field
- Understands an end-to-end business process in Logistics industry and has proven experiences
- Familiar with recruitment, training, and compensation benefit schemes for drivers (must have)
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to execute the assigned tasks hands on
- A problem solver with high drive & courage also great analytical thinking skill
