Job Description
- Create a strategy to introduce product in Pati, Semarang, Tegal, Pemalang market.
- Maintaining and increasing sales performance day by day and month by month in Pati, Semarang, Tegal, Pemalang Area.
- Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for individual and team as a whole.
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding merchant base.
- Servicing the needs of merchant
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Minimum Qualifications
- Having experience in Software as a Service company (POS, accounting, HRIS, etc) is a plus.
- Minimal 5-6 years exp as sales area / 2 years as supervisor / 1 year as area manager.
- Good business sense.
- Able to motivate, lead a team and work calmly under pressure.
- Excellent communication, Initiative, enthusiasm & ‘people skills’.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
