Job Description
- Memberikan layanan terbaik untuk customer Majoo.
- Menangani dan menyelesaikan masalah customer melalui semua media (con : Whatsapp, email, social media, dan telepon).
- Mengkomunikasikan pengalaman dan umpan balik customer terkait produk dan tim terkait
- Menjaga kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi dengan memenuhi KPI (Key Performance Index) dan target lainnya yang sudah ditentukan oleh manajemen
Minimum Qualifications
- Dapat bekerja dengan sistem waktu shift (24/7)
- Mempunyai communication skills yang baik, service oriented, senang belajar hal baru, dan mempunyai semangat untuk mencapai target yang ditetapkan
- Berpengalaman di bagian call center atau bidang terkait
