Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We believe a strong finance team plays a part in creating a healthy organization. Therefore, in the effort in strengthening our Business Support team, we are now looking for an Account Payable Lead. As our AP Lead you will be responsible in guarding our payment process based on our regulation while still challenging the leader in you through several development strategy for your team
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Responsible for managing Purchase to Pay process in accordance with company’s regulation
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of invoice processed individually and/or by team, including making sure all documents needed are complete
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Supports & Coordinates with various shared service providers, vendors, and local management
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Manage and develop Account Receivable team to meet expectation for the long term, especially in technical area related to everyday’s tasks
Minimum Qualifications
WHAT WILL YOU NEED:
- At least 3 years of experience as Account Payable
- Proven experience in SaaS, startup, e-commerce, or technological company will be preferred
- Capable of performing Financial Report closing
- Strong understanding in Finance & Accounting
- Highly proactive and willing to take extra miles in executing responsibilities
- Sharp attention to details while maintaining considerable speed in execution
- Passion and enthusiasm in finance & accounting will encourage you in facing daily challenges in this position
- Satisfactory leadership skill that fits our internal culture
- High in agreeableness, shown through pleasant communication style
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet
- Familiar with accounting software, Oracle Netsuite will be preferred
