Job Description

Job Description :

  • Input customers’ data to Majoo’s system (e.g. product, promotion, etc)
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback, talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation

Minimum Qualifications

Educational Background : Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Working Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience as technical consultant

Requirements :

  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
