Job Description
- Assists divisional leaders and coordinates with Corporate L&D to implement training programs; implements training curriculum specific to roles/functions
- Maintains a library of learning assets on a SharePoint site.
- Establishes, uses and maintains a divisional portal in the Corporate LMS to gain scheduling and communication efficiencies for the division.
- Partners closely with business unit leadership teams to analyze and determine learning needs and then develop the associated learning strategy.
- Identifies where formal training is not the best solution and makes appropriate recommendations.
- Leverages Learning and Development to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with subject matter experts and partners within the business to stay abreast of current thinking and brings best practices to the division.
- Develops or sources learning solutions to support business objectives and creates solutions (e.g. instructor-led, webinars, videos, online courses, quick reference guides, job aids, performance support tools, etc.) to satisfy the needs of a diverse set of learners.
- Organizes and manages multiple projects at once based on assignment priority.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in Learning and Development or Training
- Ability to problem solve by identify trends and extracting insights from data to develop solutions.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications.
- Experience producing complex documents, performing analysis and maintaining databases.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and a variety of learning methodologies
- Self-directed and prefers to function autonomously to manage time and meet deadlines while managing multiple responsibilities.
- FIntech experience/knowledge is a plus
