Job Description
Job scope:
- Manage process of recruitment Tech Division (job posting, screening candidate, initiate the meeting between the candidate and the VP of Engineering, collaborate with HR from Head Office in offering step).
- Handle the onboarding program for the new hires in Malang & Surabaya and held a regular coordination with VP Engineering to monitor the new hires within OJT period.
- Initiate employees' activities as a tool to build bonding among employees.
- Becoming the representative of People Management in Malang & Surabaya branch.
Minimum Qualifications
Job requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Psychology or equivalent.
- At least in total 5 Year(s) of working experience as recruiter or HR Generalist.
- Preferable from a digital company and familiar with business process and technology/engineering position in startup.
- Able to handle mass recruitment/campus hiring.
- Required Skill(s): Recruit, Corporate culture, HRBP
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Based in Malang or Surabaya.
