Job Description
- Qualifying leads and gathering information about their business through phone calls
- Helping leads in exploring Jurnal as an application
- Managing and responding to leads' inquiries, questions, complaints, and feedbacks
- Scheduling online / offline meeting between leads and sales team
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
- Excellent in communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle lots of inquiries at one time
- Willing to be placed at our office at Daan Mogot, West Jakarta
- Exposure in startups would be a plus
