Job Description
- Maintain and optimize website performance and serves as lead for website make-over initiative if needed
- Oversee the search engine optimization initiative and content production while strategically drive organic traffic to take desired actions
- Continuously improve and scale conversion on website through onsite messaging and retargeting
- Accountable for lead generation through performance marketing / PPC ads in various channels: search engine, social media, and video
- Spearhead the automation initiative for lead nurturing
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related working experience in Digital Marketing
- Prior experience from digital marketing agency, specialized in managing website performance, would be a plus
- Prior experience in leading a team
- Familiar with Wordpress and web development tools
- Familiar with campaign and web analytic tools
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in our office in Sudirman, Central Jakarta
