Job Description
- Monitor all system alerts and assist to resolve complex issues in system hardware and software.
- Administer efficient work of servers and system and provide support to everyday operations.
- Analyze system for failure and assist to restore files with help of operating system.
- Administer and execute various management activities and manage all backup activities.
- Perform research on system technology and provide resolution to complex issues for processes.
- Determine support to patch application and timeframe for same and develop appropriate strategies.
- Develop complex system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years job experiences
- Experience in installing & configuring Windows OS (Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016)
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and Centos
- Experience with Veeam backup & MS. Exchange 2013 (is a plus)
- An understanding of scalable and highly available architectures
- Good communication in English
- Willing to work at client's site in Jabodetabek
- Willing to working with shifting
