Job Description
- Candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment process. From receiving job requisition, posting job advertisement, selecting and inviting candidate to test and interview, offering and onboarding new employees.
- Candidate will liaise with related parties to make the new employee onboarding process smooth and the infrastructure runs well
- Report the recruitment activity in a weekly basis
Minimum Qualifications
- Any major with CGPA: 3.00 from reputable university. Preferable in Psychology/Human Resource Management
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Passionate in the Recruitment Field
- Good knowledge in Information Technology
- High analytical thinking, creativity, planning & organizing
- Have pleasant personality with excellent communication in English both oral and written
