Job Description
- Maintain existing merchant
- Handling suggestion and/or complain
- Keep in contact with existing merchant to give information regarding new products
- Arrange program promotion between merchant and bank/partner
- Direct reporting to Head of Merchant Acquisition
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Management/Business
- Experienced in the same field or fresh graduates are welcome
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Friendly, aggressive, effective communication skill & target oriented
- Familiar with e-commerce industries & IT/fintech terms.
- Ability to work in team
