Job Description
- Review and revise product training modules in accordance with the latest knowledge developments
- Develop product knowledge and provide training to the field force team
- Deliver product training materials in accordance with predetermined training methods
- Evaluate the training process and results
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Mathematics, Medical Science, or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 (preferably from Apothecary)
- Have at least 3 years of working experience as Medical Representative or 2 years of working experience as Product Executive
- Have experience in conduct training would be beneficial
- Have good presentation and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in any areas in Indonesia, especially in Banjarmasin and Medan
