Job Description
- Performing Legal Drafting, Review/Opinion, Company Licences in related to commercial or corporate affairs
- Prepare legal documents related to implementation of BoD resolution, Shareholders meeting, or the change of Board of Directors or Commissioner
- Provides legal advice, guidance and direction to all departments based on detailed understanding of the area of specialization and ensuring that all practices, policies and business activities of the company fall within the bounds of company's legal posture
- Analyse legal issues involving the company including disputes, claims and breach of company's policies by employees,to seek and recommend solutions that are in accordance with legal standards and requirements
- Perform all other duties as may be required by the business needs
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Experienced, have minimum 7 years of working experience as In-house counsel in reputable companies and/or in law firm (specialized in general corporate law) and having experience in Pharmaceutical company is desirable
- Strong skill in agreement review and drafting
- Have excellent basic legal logic
- Have strong analytical skill
- Have good leadership skill, problem solving and decision making skill
- Mature personality
- Good command of spoken and written English
