Job Description
- Assessing payment structure for company
- Evaluating compensation policies
- Administering company’s benefit program (e.g. leave policies, insurance policies, etc.)
- Research and analyze benefit plans, programs and policies
- Research compensation trends and review compensation surveys
- Monitoring government regulation and benefit trends
- Making recommendations to manager regarding salaries and classifications
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Economy or relevant major from top university
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related position
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Good knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Passionate about data processing and system
- Familiar with various types of incentives and benefits
- Good understanding of taxes and Labor law
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Extensive knowledge of Ms. Office
