Job Description
- Assisting and understand with the business case/ changes, gathering and clarify user requirements
- Provide expertise and operation support in resolution of incidents and problems of SAP FICO
- Clear all backlog of tickets for FICO and ABAP
- Ensure SAP FICO arragement so it can support business processes and corporate reporting needs including AR, AP, GL, Asset Management (AA) and module CO (Controlling) and FM (Fund Management)
- Understand business processes and facilitate business needs/ requirements gathering to propose high-level solution
- Translate business requirements into fuctional spesifications and perform system configuration, design forms and reports as well as to work closely with SAP Basis/ infrastructure team
- Integration with other SAP modules, i.e. SD, MM, PP, QM, PS and APO and other solutions
- Any other related projects and responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the FICO modules of ERP or SAP S/4 HANA
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent
- Min. 3 years experience in SAP FICO preferably with certifications
- Knowledge of BASIS and ABAP will be required
