Job Description
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, and conduct interviews with a reliable method and arrange interviews within schedule;
- Prepare job posting material, and recruit candidates through job portals, social media, etc;
- Responsible for onboarding new employees;
- Ensuring the office needs are met regularly and contract documents signed;
- Resolve daily administration issues, problems from employees and acting as a bridge between management and employees.
- 实施整体招聘策略，以可靠的方式进行面试，如期安排面试；
- 准备职位发布材料，并通过职位门户、社交媒体等招聘候选人；
- 负责新员工入职；
- 确保定期满足办公室需求并签署合同文件；
- 解决日常管理问题、员工问题，并充当管理层与员工之间的桥梁。
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a HRGA
- GPA above 3.00, Fluent in English is a must; preferably mandarin speaker HSK 5 above
- Passionate in tech and people;
- Able to analyze data and make data-driven improvements
- Understands labor law
- Able to work under pressure in fast pace environment
