Job Description
- Design, Setting, installation and maintenance of the system with the 3PLAY Fiber optic network to support
- Perform collection of requirements, design solutions, and provide interface design guidelines based on business and infrastructure guidelines
- Providing development of end-to-end technical 3 Play services
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving network and system problems
- Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer / Telecommunications) or equivalent degree.
- Good communication in English both oral & written
- Ready to work overtime
- Has strong capabilities in the field of optical fiber infrastructure,
- Having experience in the background of network development
- Mobile and Web with knowledge of integration
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology related field of study with a network engineering focus.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.
- Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
- Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems
- Network security experience.
- LAN and WAN experience
Required Skills
- Proven experience as network technician or relevant position
- Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
- Hands-on experience with common software and hardware
- CCNA qualifications are strongly preferred
- GPON Technology and Fiber Optic
- Mikrotik qualifications are strongly preferred
- VOIP qualifications are strongly preferred
- IPTV qualifications are strongly preferred
