Job Description
- Lead the Change Management workstream for large HRIS implementations from including developing Change Strategies and managing communications or delivering workshops for users;
- Lead the project delivery of one or more HR consulting projects with close oversight from a senior manager;
- Develop presentations for our clients in Bahasa Indonesian that convey the results in a succinct and clear manner;
- Build and manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism;
- Support in Business Development activities including development of pitch decks and presentation to senior client stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of experience in HR consulting or Change Management for HR system implementation projects;
- Possess a track record of experience in delivering large complex HR consulting or change management projects, minimally as a team or workstream lead but ideally as a project manager;
- Experience in at least 2 or more of the following domains: HR Business Process Improvement, Change Management, HR System Implementation Project Management, HR Transformation Advisory
- Must be a citizen or PR of Indonesia and have a strong verbal and written command of both the Bahasa and English languages.
- Adapt with client stakeholder management – demonstrated through past work experience and general presentability of the candidate.
