Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Age maximum 40 years
- Minimum Diploma III from any field, preferably from Technology Information, System Information, Computer Science, any related field
- Experience as Sales Manager (Minimal Assistant Manager or SPV) minimal 5 years. Experience Internet Service Provider (ISP) / Manage Service Provider (MSP) Company is a plus.
- Experience handle Hospitality industries (Ex. Elearning, application manager, educational application manager)
- Able to explain internet products
- Effective communication, well organized, customer oriented
- Have a wide network
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to lead a team
